InterviewCoin is a platform dedicated to revolutionizing the technical interview process. We believe in valuing the time and effort of candidates and helping companies secure more committed applicants by incentivizing interviews using blockchain technology, specifically the XRP Ledger.

Our mission is to create a fairer, more transparent, and more engaging interview experience for both companies and candidates. By introducing token-based incentives (NTV), we aim to reduce no-shows, encourage thorough preparation, and provide tangible rewards for participation.

How It Works

Companies can register on our platform and set up their profiles. NTV is built on the XRP Ledger, selected for its impressive speed (transactions typically settle in 3-5 seconds), very low costs (mere fractions of a cent per transaction), and proven scalability. These features ensure that distributing and managing NTV is highly efficient and economical for companies. Following the pilot, NTV will be available for purchase to continue rewarding candidates.

Candidates who participate in these interviews earn NTV. These tokens are initially held in their InterviewCoin platform wallet and can then be readily transferred to personal self-custody wallets on the XRP Ledger (e.g., Xaman). This transfer gives candidates direct ownership and control of their NTV. Once in their personal wallet, candidates can hold their NTV or trade it for XRP or other digital assets directly on the XRP Ledger's built-in Decentralized Exchange (DEX). This offers a path to liquidity and the ability to exchange into other cryptocurrencies like BTC or ETH. Our vision is for NTV to be an empowering and transferable reward for candidates.
