Welcome to InterviewCoin! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the InterviewCoin website, platform, and services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by InterviewCoin ("InterviewCoin," "we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

This agreement is a legally binding contract between you ("User," "you," or "your") and InterviewCoin. By accessing our website, creating an account, or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions contained herein.

2. Description of the Service

InterviewCoin is a platform that enables companies to compensate job applicants for their time and effort during the interview process by rewarding them with our native utility token, NTV, which operates on the XRP Ledger. The goal is to create a fairer, more transparent, and engaging hiring experience for all parties involved.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

  • Account Creation: To access most features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to create an account.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.1. Terms for Business and Company Accounts

If you create an account or use the Service on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity (an "Entity"), you represent and warrant that you have the authority to act on behalf of that Entity and to bind the Entity to these Terms of Service.

By creating a business account, you further agree that the Entity:

  • Is a legal entity duly organized and validly existing in its applicable jurisdiction.
  • Will use the Service in full compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations, including those related to sanctions and export controls.
  • Will be responsible for all activities that occur under the account.

4. The InterviewCoin (NTV) Token

  • Utility Token: NTV is a utility token designed to be used within the InterviewCoin Service as a mechanism for rewarding interview-related tasks.
  • No Investment Value: NTV is not intended to be an investment, security, or speculative asset. Its value may fluctuate, and we make no guarantees as to its present or future value.
  • XRP Ledger: All NTV transactions are recorded on the XRP Ledger. We do not control the XRP Ledger network and are not responsible for any failures, errors, or forks of the network.
  • Third-Party Wallets: You may withdraw your NTV to a self-custody wallet compatible with the XRP Ledger. You are solely responsible for the security of your external wallets.
  • Trading: NTV may be tradable on the XRP Ledger's native Decentralized Exchange (DEX) or other third-party platforms. We do not own or control these platforms and are not responsible for their operation.
  • Pilot Program Tokens: Companies selected for our Pilot Program may be granted a promotional balance of NTV at no cost. This grant is provided for the sole purpose of testing the platform's reward functionality during the defined pilot period. The promotional NTV balance granted to a company is for in-platform use only to reward candidates and cannot be withdrawn directly by the company. However, once NTV is used to reward an applicant for a completed interview task, those tokens are transferred to the applicant's account and are then subject to the standard withdrawal rules available to all applicants. Any unused promotional NTV remaining in a company's account at the conclusion of the pilot period will be reclaimed by InterviewCoin and permanently removed from the circulating supply (burned).

5. Fraud Prevention and Platform Integrity

The integrity of the InterviewCoin ecosystem is paramount. To prevent fraud, ensure a fair distribution of rewards, and protect all users, you agree to the following conditions as essential to the performance of this agreement:

  • You agree not to create multiple accounts for the purpose of unfairly accumulating rewards or for any other fraudulent purpose.
  • You acknowledge and agree that to protect the platform, we will implement necessary security measures. As detailed in our Privacy Policy, this includes the collection and analysis of technical data, such as IP addresses and device characteristics (a "device fingerprint"), to identify and block malicious or fraudulent activity. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how this data is collected, how you can withdraw consent, and that we purge device fingerprints after 30 days.
  • Your agreement to these security measures is a condition of using the Service. Engaging in any fraudulent activity is a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account and the forfeiture of any and all NTV held in your platform wallet.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including its "look and feel," logos, code, and content, are the exclusive property of InterviewCoin and its licensors.

7. Fees and Payments

  • For Companies: Companies may be required to purchase NTV from us to fund their reward pools ("NTV Top-Ups"). These purchases may be subject to a spread or service fee. Future access to premium features, such as a full Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or advanced analytics, may require a subscription fee.
  • For Applicants: Earning NTV is free. A small network or service fee may apply when you withdraw NTV from the platform to an external wallet to cover the underlying XRPL network transaction costs and platform processing.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by InterviewCoin. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings, if available.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

IN NO EVENT SHALL INTERVIEWCOIN, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR THE NTV TOKEN.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless InterviewCoin and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of your use and access of the Service, or a breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Houston, Texas.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
